Animals in need.

Milton

Milton was in need of training, which was made possible from the generous donations to Friends of TCAS. And now the following words from Milton himself ...

Hello everyone!  My name is Milton and I come to you today in search of my forever home. I recently attended an 8-week board & train with Mattox Training.  I am a stunningly handsome American Pitbull Terrier, estimated to be about 20 months old as of April 2023.  I am quite the ladies' man, for sure. I do prefer larger pet & human siblings, at least as large as myself, tho, as my constant get-up-go lifestyle may not be the most suitable for small kids, pets and breakable household items - think bull in a china shop! And cats, oh goodness, forgot about those pesky creatures ... I prefer not to share a home with them. Children though, I like them a lot, but I do think a teenage companion would be better suited for me.

My training included working on a few of my character flaws.  In addition to being a dog-on-the-go, I am learning to control my overzealous mouth.  I really, really enjoy grabbing wrists when wanting to show you something or merely wanting to rush you along.

Fencing is an absolute must - I'm a big guy and need a big fence to keep me where I belong!  Unfortunately, apartments are a deal-breaker. I like to talk loudly sometimes and I've heard apartments have thin walls.

If you think you'd like to share your life with me, applications can be found at Mikey's Chance Canine Rescue.  I also have friends who expressed interest in helping offset my adoption fee, so please don't let that fee deter you from me.
