Sadly, animals often arrive at the Tri-Cities regional pet shelters/rescues with varying degrees of health and behavioral conditions - some curable, some not. Professional pet care is very expensive, but as an organization dedicated to helping shelter animals in need, Friends of TCAS will be relentless in its pursuit of funds.

Friends of TCAS Board of Trustees is responsible for evaluating all funding and grant requests submitted by regional pet shelters/rescues and allocating funds as voted upon for purposes such as, but not limited to:

• Spay/Neuter

• Routine Veterinary

• Emergency Veterinary

• Medical and Behavior Evaluations

• Training/Behavior Rehabilitation

• Grooming

• Consumable and Durable Goods

• Adoption Campaigns
