Donations at Work It is with warmth in our hearts that we share this page dedicated to the special animals of TCAS that have benefited from your generous donations. BUSTER: Friends of TCAS covered Buster's 8-week training at Mattox. VANHAGGAR: Friends of TCAS was able to pay for VanHaggar's 8-week training at Mattox. TRUCKER JOE: Trucker Joe needed an Impact Crate enabling his foster parents to crate him while away from home. Friends of TCAS was able to purchase this crate for him. ROCK: Rock came to the shelter as a youngster and was in need of training. Thanks to generous donations, Friends of TCAS was able to cover the cost of an eight-week board with training at Mattox. SOPHIA: Friends of TCAS was able to help with vet bills for Sophia. She is currently in a foster home. OBI: Friends of TCAS helped with medical bills after Obi injested salt pool tablets. He is well and currently at the shelter looking for his forever home. PIPPA: This is sweet Pippa. Friends of TCAS was able to help with her amputation. KEVIN: Friends of TCAS helped pay for off-site training for Kevin. Training went well and he is back at the shelter waiting to be adopted. PRINCE: Friends of TCAS was able to help sweet Prince with his amputation. SAIGA: Friends of TCAS was able to help with training fees for her time at Mattox Dog Training. KONG: Kong was in need of immediate veterinary care. TCAS reached out to us for help with expenses to extract a bone that was lodged in this throat. MILTON: Milton was in need of training and thanks to generous donations, Friends of TCAS was able to cover the cost of an intensive board with training at Mattox Training. But ... Milton needs a home. Click on his photo to learn more about his special needs. BEAR + BRANDY: This is the result of Mattox Training for Bear and Brandy, paid for by donations to Friends of TCAS! SUMMIT: Summit arrived at the shelter with multiple health issues. Friends of TCAS helped with costs for the CT scan/x-rays to determine her health issues. RAVEN: Friends of TCAS was able to help with hernia surgery for little Raven. She has healed wonderfully and has found her forever home. PIGLET: Piglet came to TCAS and was in need of surgery for a uterine cyst. Friends of TCAS helped pay for her surgery. She has healed nicely and has since then gone to her forever home. TEDDY: Due to a setback from his prior leg amputation, Friends of TCAS was able to assist with $1000 toward Teddy's subsequent vet bill. He has recovered and is currently living his best life. HARRISON: Thanks to donations to Friends of TCAS, Harrison was able to go through training with Speak Dog. Harrison is still available for adoption through Forgotten Dogs Rescue @ www.forgottendogsrescue.com and is currently living with his foster family.
